Refund policy:

In the event that something doesn’t go to plan, we have several policies in place:

• If 4-7 eggs are collected, the option to continue with the donor is offered at a discount of £1,000 per missing egg (for example, a £3,000 discount would be given if only 5 eggs are collected, or a £1,000 discount if 7 eggs are collected). The patient can decline, in which case the eggs are placed in an egg bank for future use, and a rematch egg donor candidate within 6 months is offered free of charge.
• If less than 4 eggs are collected, a rematch egg donor candidate within 6 months is offered free of charge.
• In the event a donor withdraws or is withdrawn, we’ll offer a free rematch egg donor candidate within 6 months. If no rematch can be offered, we will refund your paid treatment fee, excluding the £3300 egg donor recruitment and matching fee.
• At the beginning of treatment, we also offer the option to opt in to purchase up to 3 more eggs, in the event that more than 8 are collected. The fee is £1,000 per additional egg.
