I hadn’t really thought about it beforehand, was basically just ignoring the fact I would have to do it. The nurse did the first one then I was on my own - you do get used to it quickly though don’t you, and it certainly doesn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. Just a couple of mins in the morning then that’s it for the day, quicker than brushing your teeth.
