In order to provide the very best care for both our egg donors and clients (egg recipients), and to ensure that everyone benefits from the mutual understanding and cooperation that this brings, at Altrui we only work with a limited number of reputable hospitals and clinics in the UK.
We work under a formal agreement with each clinic so that we are fully compliant with all HFEA regulations and can guarantee the best level of service for all. We have recently been approached by a number of new clinics that would like to work with us, and are currently in discussions to see how we can best extend our services across the country.

GSTT ACU is one of the leading units in the field of fertility and Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis with an international reputation for excellence. Their expert team is backed up by the resources of one of the most prestigious teaching hospitals in the country, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with the Reproductive Medicine Unit from King’s College London (see King’s Health Partners under King’s College). The unit is led by Mr Yacoub Khalaf MD MRCOG. -
King’s College Hospital ACU

Founded in 1983, King’s College ACU was the fourth unit in the UK to deliver a child after treatment with in-vitro fertilisation (IVF). Led by Mr Haitham Hamoda and Mr Mike Savvas, they provide a comprehensive range of investigations and treatment for infertility.GSTT and KCH are part of King’s Health Partners, one of the UK’s five AHSCs (Academic Health Sciences Centre). It brings together a world leading research led university (King’s College London) and three successful NHS Foundation Trusts (Guy’s and St Thomas’, King’s College Hospital and South London and Maudsley).

City Fertility

City Fertility is a new fertility, gynaecology and foetal medicine clinic in London offering patients the latest technological advances in diagnosis and treatment, including 3D assessment of the uterus and ovaries by ultrasound, and time-lapse photographic monitoring of embryos using embryoscope incubators. City Fertility is founded by a successful IVF, Genetics and Egg Donation treatment centre from the Czech Republic, Gennet. City Fertility has been established with the guiding principle of putting the patient and donor first at all times. City Fertility follows patient and donor-friendly treatment programmes, patient-centred care is provided by one doctor and nurse team following the patient right through the treatment process, and patients and donors recover post-egg collection in their individual, private recovery rooms. -

HSFC is a small private fertility clinic based in Harley Street in London. The Director, Dr Geetha Venkat, is a very experienced fertility expert who has contributed two chapters to the authoritative book on ‘Donor Egg IVF’. Her focus is on tailoring treatments to the needs of her patients, while incorporating the latest developments in the discipline. She has a long history of looking after and working with altruistic egg donors in the UK. -
